Kovu being released!

After having stayed two weeks in his release enclosure, our serval Kovu is now finally free! A little bit hestitant he left the enclosure when the doors went open, not sure what to expect. In the first few days he has been out now he is however doing very well. For this release Lilongwe Wildlife Centre works together with the research team of Wild Dog Conservation Malawi. Research assistents Rob and Paula have been tracking Kovu so far every night to make sure he is doing all right. They will keep on following his movements for the next 6 months. We will keep you posted!
